Description

LT230 Intermediate Shaft O-Ring, sealing the intermediate shaft within the LT230 two-speed transfer box main casing.

The intermediate shaft transmits drive between the input shaft and the main gearset inside the LT230 unit. This O-ring seals the shaft at the casing wall to prevent oil loss. On Range Rover Classic applications it is also used at the intermediate gear position. Included in the LT230 gasket kit.
