Description

Banjo Bolt is a hollow union bolt used in the fuel system of the 200 Tdi and 300 Tdi engines.

It secures a banjo hose fitting at the injection pump and fuel manifold, clamping the union while allowing fuel to pass through cross-drilled ports in the bolt. A sealing washer is fitted to each side of the banjo eye to make the joint fuel-tight.
