Layshaft Nut for the R380 five-speed manual gearbox. It secures the layshaft gear cluster on its shaft, torqued to specification and then staked into the shaft to lock it in place.

As a single-use staked fastener, it should be renewed whenever the layshaft assembly is disturbed.
