Description

Upper Spring Isolator for the coil spring suspension. This rubber seat sits at the upper end of the coil spring, between the top of the spring and the chassis spring seat.

It cushions the spring against the body, preventing metal-to-metal contact and isolating road noise and vibration from the coil. A degraded or missing isolator allows the spring to seat directly against the metal, causing knocking and accelerated wear.
