Description

Exhaust Valve for the 3.5L V8 carburettor engine (8.25:1 compression ratio).

Part of the cylinder head valvetrain, the exhaust valve seals its port during the compression and combustion strokes and opens to release spent combustion gases into the exhaust manifold. It runs hotter than the inlet valve and seats against the exhaust valve seat in the head.
