Oil Seal for the front axle swivel pin housing.

Seals the front driveshaft where it passes into the inner end of the swivel housing, retaining axle oil and keeping water and dirt out of the constant-velocity joint and stub axle area. Renewed as part of a front swivel housing overhaul or whenever the driveshaft is withdrawn.
