Description

Radiator Overflow Bottle fitted to the cooling system on Series II, Series III, and 101 Forward Control Land Rovers.

This plastic reservoir collects coolant displaced from the radiator as the engine reaches operating temperature and thermal expansion increases system pressure. As the engine cools, the coolant is drawn back into the radiator through the overflow hose, maintaining the correct coolant level without loss to atmosphere.

The companion overflow hose (564724) connects the bottle to the radiator neck, and a sealing cap (564719) closes the bottle.
