Fuel Pipe Olive for the fuel supply line. The olive is the compression ferrule that seats between the fuel pipe and its union fitting.

When the union nut is tightened, the olive is compressed onto the pipe to form a leak-tight seal at the joint. It is renewed whenever the fuel line union is disturbed.
