Description

Valve Stem Seal for the IOE (inlet-over-exhaust) engine valvetrain.

Fitted over the valve stem at the top of the valve guide, it closes the clearance between stem and guide to stop engine oil being drawn down into the combustion chamber and exhaust port. This O-ring type seal serves both the inlet and exhaust valves.
