Thermoelectric Wine Cooler Safety & Operating Instructions

Safety Instructions

• For indoor use only.
• Place the wine cooler on a stable, level surface.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, ovens, and other heat sources.
• Leave at least 1015 cm (46 inches) of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
• Use a dedicated power outlet. Do not use overloaded power boards or extension cords.
• After transportation or moving, allow the unit to stand upright for 24 hours before switching it on.

Temperature & Performance

• For best performance, operate the wine cooler in an ambient temperature of 1825C (6477F).
• Thermoelectric wine coolers typically cool to 1015C below the ambient temperature. In hot environments (above 30C / 86F), the cabinet may not reach the selected temperature. This is a normal characteristic of thermoelectric cooling and is not a product defect.
• Avoid opening the door frequently or leaving it open for extended periods, as this will affect temperature stability.

Wine Storage

• Do not block the internal air vents. Allow adequate airflow around the bottles.
• Do not overload the shelves.
• Store cork-sealed wine bottles horizontally to help keep the cork moist.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Disconnect the power before cleaning.
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth only.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, alcohol, gasoline, or corrosive chemicals.
• If the unit will not be used for an extended period, unplug it, clean the interior, and leave the door slightly open to prevent odors and mold.

Important Notes

• Thermoelectric wine coolers operate with low vibration and low noise, making them ideal for wine storage.
• The exterior sides or rear of the cabinet may become warm during operation. This is normal and helps dissipate heat.
• Cooling performance may decrease in high ambient temperatures. This is a normal operating characteristic of thermoelectric cooling technology.
